Arizona Statutes28-5852 28-5852. Motor carrier fee imposed Except as otherwise provided in this article, there is imposed against each motor vehicle a motor carrier fee for the use of the public highways for highway and street purposes as provided in article IX, section 14, Constitution of Arizona.
