28-650. Warning devices at construction
sites
A person, contractor or political subdivision performing work on roads, streets or
highways shall post and maintain warning signs, signals, markers and barricades that are
in compliance with the manual and specifications prescribed in section 28-641. These
warning signs, signals, markers or barricades shall be maintained at the work site to
warn those using the street, road or highway until the work is completed or until such
time as the governing body authorizes removal.
