28-671. Accident reports required by city or
town


Any incorporated city or town, by ordinance, may require the driver of a vehicle
involved in an accident to also file with a designated city or town department a report
of an accident or a copy of any report required by this article to be filed with the
department. The reports are for the confidential use of the city or town department.
