29-1111. Effect of enactment on accrued
rights

This act does not affect:

1. An action or proceeding commenced or right accrued or any liability incurred
before the effective date of this chapter.

2. The validity or enforceability of any provision of a partnership agreement which
was valid or enforceable under any prior statute that was in effect at the time such
provision became part of the partnership agreement.
