29-615. Certificate of good standing; license
and registration renewal


If a state agency can confirm through the commission that an applicant for renewal
of a license or registration is entitled to the issuance of a certificate of good
standing at the time of inquiry, the agency shall not require an applicant to obtain a
certificate of good standing.
