29-701. Capital contributions


A. An interest in a limited liability company may be issued in exchange for a
capital contribution or an enforceable promise to make a capital contribution in the
future, or both.


B. Except as otherwise provided in an operating agreement, the agreement or consent
of all of the members is necessary to fix or modify the amount and character of the
capital contributions that a member shall make or shall promise to make in exchange for
an interest in the limited liability company.
