3-1213. Acquisition and use of sodium pentobarbital or T-61 euthanasia solution by county and local pounds
The state veterinarian, in consultation with the director, shall establish procedures for county, city and town animal pounds which do not have a licensed veterinarian on the staff to obtain and administer sodium pentobarbital or T-61 euthanasia solution or its generic equivalent.
