30-228. Validity of bonds


This chapter without reference to other laws of the state shall constitute full
authority for the authorization and issuance of bonds hereunder. No other law with
regard to the authorization or issuance of obligations or which in any way impedes or
restricts the carrying out of the acts authorized by this article shall be construed as
applying to any proceedings taken or acts done pursuant to this article.
