30-651. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Agency" means the radiation regulatory agency. 2. "Atomic energy" means all forms of energy released in the course of nuclear 3. "Board" means the radiation regulatory hearing board. 4. "By-product material" means any radioactive material, except special nuclear 5. "Diagnostic mammography" means an X-ray imaging of the breast performed on 6.
