30-683. Inspection; agreements with federal
government and other states; training programs; mammography
facilities
A. The agency may, subject to the approval of the governor, enter into agreements
with the federal government, other states or interstate agencies, whereby this state will
perform on a cooperative basis with the federal government, other states or interstate
agencies inspections or other functions relating to control of sources of radiation.
B. The agency may institute training programs for the purpose of qualifying
personnel to carry out this chapter and make such personnel available for participation
in any program of the federal government, other states or interstate agencies in
furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
C. The agency shall make annual inspection of facilities which provide diagnostic
or screening mammography examinations.
