30-702. Board member
The member of the western interstate nuclear board or its successor agency
representing the state of Arizona shall be appointed by the governor. Such member shall
be an employee of the state of Arizona and shall report directly to the governor and
radiation regulatory agency. Such member, with the approval of the governor, may
designate an alternate to represent the state when he is unable to do so.
