30-704. Applicability of workers' compensation
and occupation disability laws
The provisions of title 23, chapter 6 shall be applicable and any benefits payable
thereunder shall be payable to any persons dispatched to another state pursuant to
article VI of the compact. If the aiding personnel are officers or employees of
subdivisions of this state, they shall be entitled to the same workers' compensation or
other benefits in case of injury or death to which they would have been entitled if
injured or killed while engaged in coping with a nuclear incident in their jurisdictions
of regular employment.
