31-132. Duty to deliver medical records


Prior to or at the same time a prisoner is transferred from a county jail facility
to a state department of corrections facility by a county, a copy of the prisoner's
county jail medical record file, including the prisoner's mental health file, or a
standardized medical record summary shall be transferred.
