32-107. Executive director; duties;
compensation


A. The board may employ an executive director to conduct investigations and carry
out the purposes of this chapter.


B. The executive director shall be the custodian of the records of the board,
receive applications for registration and lay them before the board, file complaints with
the proper officials against violators of any provision of this chapter, assist in the
prosecution of such cases and perform other duties the board prescribes.


C. The executive director is eligible to receive compensation as determined
pursuant to section 38-611.
