32-1135. Deposit of assessments


The assessments received by the registrar for deposit in the fund shall be held in
trust for carrying out the purposes of the fund. On notice from the registrar, the state
treasurer shall invest and divest monies in the fund as provided by section 35-313, and
monies earned from investment shall be credited to the fund.
