32-1266. Prosecution of violations


The attorney general shall act for the board in all matters requiring legal
assistance, but the board may employ other or additional counsel in its own behalf. The
board shall assist prosecuting officers in enforcement of this chapter, and in so doing
may engage suitable persons to assist in investigations and in the procurement and
presentation of evidence. Subpoenas or other orders issued by the board may be served by
any officer empowered to serve processes, who shall receive the fees prescribed by
law. Expenditures made in carrying out provisions of this section shall be paid from the
dental board fund.
