32-1329. Reexamination


A. An applicant who fails to pass the state equivalent examination or the state
laws and rules examination may retake the examination within one year after the date that
the applicant filed a license application with the board. A person who desires to retake
an examination shall request that the board schedule a second examination and shall
submit the applicable fee pursuant to section 32-1309. The state equivalent examination
may not be retaken in the same calendar quarter.


B. An applicant who fails to pass the state equivalent examination or the state
laws and rules examination within one year after the date that the applicant originally
filed a license application shall submit a new license application and the applicable fee
pursuant to section 32-1309.
