32-1336. Board recognition; colleges of
funeral service education or mortuary science
The board shall recognize any college of funeral service education or mortuary
science that is either:
1. Accredited or provisionally accredited by the American board of funeral service
education.
2. Approved by an accrediting agency that is recognized by the United States
department of education and the council on postsecondary accreditation and requires a
course of instruction in funeral service education or mortuary science that is equivalent
to the course of instruction required by the American board of funeral service education.
