32-1385. Retention of records


A funeral establishment shall maintain copies of consumer price lists, outer burial
container price lists, casket price lists, statements of funeral goods and services and
any other documents related to the arrangement or direction of funeral or embalming
services for three years after the date that the documents were prepared by or on behalf
of the establishment.
