32-1505. Naturopathic physicians medical board
fund
A. The naturopathic physicians medical board fund is established. The board shall
administer the fund. Pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the board shall deposit ten
per cent of all monies from whatever source that come into the possession of the board in
the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety per cent in the naturopathic
physicians medical board fund.
B. The board shall establish a separate account in the fund for monies transferred
to the fund pursuant to section 32-4205.
C. Monies deposited in the naturopathic physicians medical board fund are subject
to section 35-143.01.
