32-1553. Civil penalties


The board may impose a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars for each
violation of this chapter that requires an investigation and hearing, not to exceed a
total of ten thousand dollars. All monies collected from civil penalties imposed
pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the state general fund.
