32-1703. Organization of board; compensation;
immunity


A. The board shall annually elect from its members a president who shall be chief
presiding officer of the board and such other officers as it deems appropriate and
necessary to conduct its business. The board shall assign such duties as it deems
appropriate to such other officers as it elects.


B. Members of the board are eligible to receive compensation as determined pursuant
to section 38-611 for each day actually spent in the performance of their duties.


C. Members of the board, its agents and employees and members of advisory
committees are personally immune from suit with respect to all acts done and actions
taken in good faith and in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
