32-1752. Violation; classification


A person who practices the profession of optometry without at the time having a
valid license to practice, or who files or attempts to file with the board of optometry
practice locations under a license issued to another, claiming to be the person entitled
to practice under such license, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
