32-1939. Condition of probation; repayment of
inspection costs
A. As a condition of probation, the board may require that a licensee or permittee
be subject to additional compliance inspections or audits and pay the reasonable costs of
these inspections and audits. These costs shall not exceed one thousand dollars. The
board shall limit these additional inspections to no more than two per year.
B. Monies received pursuant to subsection A of this section shall be deposited,
pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the Arizona state board of pharmacy fund.
C. If a licensee or permittee fails to comply with a board order regarding the
costs of additional inspections and audits, the board may enforce its order in the
superior court in Maricopa County. The board may also impose additional sanctions
against the licensee or permittee.
