32-1991. Enforcement of chapter
The state board of pharmacy, the division of narcotics enforcement and criminal
intelligence within the department of public safety, all officers exercising police
powers, and county attorneys shall enforce the provisions of this chapter, unless such
enforcement is otherwise specifically delegated, and they shall cooperate with all
officers and agencies charged with enforcement of laws of other states and the United
States pertaining to the subject matter of this chapter.
