32-2134. Temporary cemetery salesperson's
license
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner may
issue without examination to any person who has applied and otherwise qualifies for a
cemetery salesperson's license, a temporary cemetery salesperson's license good for a
period not to exceed ninety days from the date of issuance. An applicant shall not be
entitled to more than one temporary license without examination. An employing cemetery
broker shall certify by affidavit to the commissioner that the temporary license
applicant has been trained in applicable Arizona cemetery and contract law.
