32-2159. Judicial review; costs;
transcript

A. Except as provided in section 41-1092.08, subsection H, a final decision of the
commissioner may be appealed to the superior court in Maricopa county pursuant to title
12, chapter 7, article 6.

B. If the superior court declares an appealing party indigent, on appeal the
department shall pay the costs of the reporter's transcript of proceedings and shall
produce a certified copy of all documents and evidence in the administrative record at no
charge.
