32-2247. Renewal of expired
certificates
Except as otherwise provided in this article, an expired certificate may be renewed
at any time within three years after its expiration on filing of application for renewal
on a form prescribed by the board and payment of the renewal fee in effect on the last
preceding regular renewal date. Except as provided in section 32-4301, if the certificate
is renewed more than thirty days after its expiration, the applicant as a condition
precedent to renewal shall also pay the delinquency fee established by the board.
Renewal under this section shall be effective on the date on which the application is
filed, on the date the renewal fee is paid or on the date on which the delinquency fee,
if any, is paid, whichever occurs last.
