32-2525. Cancellation of license

A. A person who holds an active regular license as a physician assistant, who is
not presently under investigation by the board as the result of a complaint or
information received by it, and against whom the board has not commenced any disciplinary
proceedings may request and the board shall grant cancellation of the license.

B. The board may accept the request to cancel the active regular license of a
physician assistant who has been charged with a violation of this chapter or rules
adopted pursuant to this chapter if the physician assistant admits the charges and
stipulates this admission for the record.
