33-1067. Interest


If the plaintiff is the prevailing party in any action against an owner or
construction lender to enforce payment of a claim stated in a bonded stop notice, any
amount awarded on the claim shall include interest at the legal rate computed from the
date the bonded stop notice is served on the owner or construction lender.
