33-1706. Failure to comply; penalty


Any person aggrieved by a violation of any provision of this article may bring a
civil action. In any civil action brought for a violation of this article, in addition
to any award for damages, the court may impose a civil penalty not to exceed five hundred
dollars and may award reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.
