33-458. Resale of realty with intent to
defraud; classification


A person who, after selling, bartering or disposing of, or, after executing a bond
or agreement for the sale of land, again knowingly and with intent to defraud previous or
subsequent purchasers, sells, barters or disposes of, or executes a bond or agreement to
sell, barter or dispose of the same land or any part thereof to any other person for a
valuable consideration, is guilty of a class 4 felony.
