35-123. Nonappropriated monies; report


The governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting shall prepare and
distribute a separate report on or before February 1 of each year on all nonappropriated
monies. The report shall include actual receipts and expenditures for the prior fiscal
year and estimates of receipts and expenditures for the current fiscal year and the next
fiscal year.
