35-605. Powers of taxing district


Any taxing district is authorized and empowered to take any and all action necessary
to carry out any plan of readjustment contemplated in the petition, or as such petition
is modified from time to time, subject only to the provisions of the constitution of this
state, any other provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding.
