36-1101. Definitions As used in this article unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Dangerous, caustic or corrosive substance" means: (a) Hydrochloric acid or any preparation containing free or chemically (b) Sulphuric acid or any preparation containing free or chemically unneutralized (c) Nitric acid or any preparation containing free or chemically unneutralized (d) Carbolic acid (C6 H5 OH), otherwise known as phenol, or any preparation (e) Oxalic acid or any preparation containing free or chemically unneutralized (f) Any oxalic salt in a concentration of ten per cent or more.
