36-115. Promulgation of rules
A. Except as provided in subsection C of this section, title 41, chapter 6 applies
to the actions of the director and the department and to all rules promulgated under this
title.
B. In addition to the requirements of title 41, chapter 6, the director shall:
1. Cause a copy of the notice required by section 41-1022 and a copy of any
proposed rules to be posted in each county and district liaison office of the department
which may be established.
2. Cause a copy of the notice required by section 41-1022 and a copy of each
proposed rule to be made available to any interested person requesting same.
C. The director shall file the notice required by section 41-1022 with the
secretary of state at least sixty days prior to the adoption of any rule pursuant to this
title which relates directly to health care institutions licensed pursuant to chapter 4,
article 2 of this title.
