36-1485. Remedies of obligee
An obligee of a municipality exercising its powers under this article may, in
addition to all other rights which may be conferred on such obligee, subject only to any
contractual restrictions binding upon such obligee:
1. By mandamus, or an action or proceeding at law or in equity, compel the
municipality and the officials, agents or employees thereof to perform each and every
term, provision and covenant contained in any contract of the municipality with or for
the benefit of the obligee, and require the carrying out of any or all such covenants and
agreements of the municipality and the fulfillment of all duties imposed upon the
municipality by this article.
2. By an action or proceeding in equity, enjoin any acts or things which are
unlawful or in violation of any of the rights of the obligee of the municipality.
