36-1639. Exemptions

This article does not apply to:

1. Manufactured homes as defined in section 41-2142 which were manufactured from
and after June 15, 1976.

2. Factory-built buildings as defined by section 41-2142 which display an insignia
of approval from the department of fire, building and life safety, office of
administration.
