36-1906. Registering place of business with
director


A. A person who holds a license shall notify the director in writing of the address
of the place or places where the person engages in the practice of fitting and dispensing
hearing aids, audiology or speech-language pathology and any change of address.


B. The director shall keep a record of the places of practice of persons who hold
licenses. Any notice required to be given by the director to a person who holds a
license may be given by mailing it to that person at the address given by that person to
the director.
