36-1922. Reciprocity


A. The director may issue a license to a person who is currently licensed in
another state or jurisdiction that the director determines meets the minimum licensure
requirements of this chapter. The person shall apply for licensure and pay all
applicable fees as prescribed by this chapter and shall pass an examination approved by
the director in jurisprudence and ethics related to this chapter within six months after
initial licensure. The director shall offer the examination at least four times each
calendar year.


B. The applicant shall provide information the director determines is necessary to
investigate the status of the applicant's current license.
