36-2207. Authorization for political
subdivisions to participate


Any city, town, county, fire district or health service district of this state may
budget for and expend monies for participation in emergency paramedic programs and may
enter into intergovernmental agreements for the delivery of such services pursuant to
title 11, chapter 7, article 3.
