36-2238. Termination of service under
certificate of necessity


An ambulance service which is authorized to operate under any certificate of
necessity issued pursuant to this article shall not abandon or discontinue any service to
any portion of the service area established under the certificate without an order from
the department, unless the certificate has expired, becomes invalid or is suspended or
revoked.
