36-3435. Intergovernmental agreement; needs
and resources assessment; funding and service delivery
plan
Pursuant to section 11-952 the department of health services, the department of
economic security, the state department of corrections, the department of education and
the supreme court shall enter into an intergovernmental agreement to develop a
coordinated multiagency assessment of needs and resources and to develop a plan for
interagency cooperation relating to funding and service delivery for children with
behavioral health problems. The plan shall designate agency areas of responsibility for
delivery of services. The needs and resources assessment study shall be completed within
one year after the intergovernmental agreement is entered into. The funding and service
delivery plan shall be completed within two years after the agreement is entered into.
