36-630. Violation; classification
A person who knowingly secretes himself or others known to have a contagious or
infectious disease, or a member of a board of health or an officer of a local health
department who with criminal negligence fails or refuses to perform a duty, or a person
who violates a provision of this article or a rule, regulation, order, instruction or
measure adopted and given the required publicity by a board of health is guilty of a
class 3 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this
article.
