36-738. Qualified immunity


Any person or entity that acts pursuant to this article is not subject to civil
liability for good faith conduct in following or attempting to follow the requirements of
this article. An act is done in good faith under this article if it is reasonable under
the circumstances. This section does not apply if the person or entity acting pursuant
to this article is guilty of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
