At the commissioner's sole discretion, the commissioner may accept fees imposed pursuant to section 37-107 by alternative payment methods, including credit and charge cards, pursuant to section 35-142, subsection I, debit cards and electronic funds transfers or other alternative payment methods, pursuant to section 35-315, but the department is not obligated to accept any payment using an alternative payment method.
