37-176. Revolving fund; source of monies;
claims


A. Monies received by the division pursuant to this article, other than
appropriations, shall be promptly deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, by
the administrator in a fund to be known as the resource analysis division revolving
fund. Monies in the resource analysis division revolving fund are exempt from section
35-190, relating to the lapsing of appropriations.


B. Expenses to be paid from the resource analysis division revolving fund shall be
limited to data processing supplies and support for the geographic information system,
including equipment, software and supplies, contract services, maps, equipment and
software maintenance, equipment repair and geographic system training. Claims for
expenses shall be approved by the administrator.
