37-602. Notice
Not less than thirty days prior to the actual exchange of such land, the governing
body of any county, city, town or school district having control of the land shall cause
to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the county in which the land
is located a notice of intent to exchange the property, together with a description
thereof, and a description of the property to be received in exchange therefor, together
with other terms and conditions of the exchange.
