38-411. Record of fees; inspection of fee
book


Every officer entitled by law to charge fees for services shall keep a fee book and
shall enter therein all fees charged for services rendered. The fee book shall at all
times be subject to inspection by any person to ascertain the amount of fees therein
charged.
