38-464. Authorization for payment of salary;
limitation


No salary or compensation shall be paid to deputies, assistants, clerks or employees
of a state office, board or commission unless authorized in the appropriation made for
that office, board or commission by the legislature, and under regulations the
legislature prescribes.
